Estimates your coding agent writes. Proposals your client accepts.

Elumre is first light.

Estimation and proposal software for software agencies and freelance developers. Your agent writes the modules and hour ranges over MCP — or you build them by hand in the editor. Elumre prices both from your rate card.

Free for 5 estimates — no card. Then $15/mo on your own, $24 per seat with a crew, billed yearly.

How it works

Three moves, repo to signed.

01

Plan .

Brainstorm in Claude Code with the repo in context — the agent drafts modules and honest hour ranges, then saves them straight to Elumre. Or skip the agent and build the modules yourself in the editor.

02

Shape .

Tune ranges and roles in the editor. Margin recalculates as you type — before anyone else sees a number.

03

Send .

One link, no client login. They toggle scope, the price answers live, and you know the moment they open it.

The estimate

Say “save it to Elumre” — or build it by hand.

You plan features in Claude Code with the whole repo in context — honest modules, real hour ranges. Then you retype it into a spreadsheet, and the context dies in transit.

Elumre takes the breakdown straight from the agent. It lands as a priced estimate you can edit — modules, line items, hours by role — not a paragraph you have to re-key.

Your agent builds the whole estimate while it still remembers why the auth refactor is three days, not one. It gets 26 actions over MCP — the same ones the web app uses — from Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code, Cursor, Zed, Devin or the Codex CLI.

No agent in your stack? The editor does everything the agent does. It is a full path, not a fallback.

WHAT YOUR AGENT CAN DO
  • Start a new estimate
  • Price hours as ranges, by role
  • Record what depends on what
  • Find similar past work
  • Drop it in, already priced
  • Mark the estimate sent

Price a module once. Reuse it forever.

Save any module to your library with its line items, hours and dependencies. Insert it into the next estimate and it arrives priced from your current rate card. Your agent searches the library too, so “this looks like the auth you’ve built three times” is a lookup, not a hunch.

The proposal

One link, no login. Your client picks the scope.

The proposal is a web page, not a PDF. Your client toggles modules on and off, the total recalculates live, and the dependency graph blocks anything the rest of the build needs — go on, try to switch off auth.

An email lands the moment your client opens the proposal. After that you get opens, how many people looked, and view counts per module — so you can see the one nobody opened before the follow-up call.

Questions land on the module.

Your client comments on the module they are asking about, not in a forwarded email thread. You answer from inside the estimate, where the numbers are.

That’s module three — we can defer it to phase two without touching the portal.

Who it’s for

The agent is the same. What you send as isn’t.

On your own — your name on it.

The proposal is served from your own domain with no Elumre badge, wearing your logo and accent. What lands in your client’s inbox looks like a studio sent it — and you see every open, every viewer, and which modules they actually read.

  • Your own domain, no Elumre badge

SOLO

$15

PER MONTH, ONE SEAT

Billed yearly as $180

With a crew — margin before you send.

Every line item carries min–max hours and a role. Roles live on your team rate card and hold two numbers — a sell rate and a cost rate — so revenue, cost and margin are on screen while you are still shaping the estimate. Library and rate card are shared, so the whole team estimates from the same memory.

  • Sell and cost rates on every role
  • Shared library and rate card
  • Roles: admin · estimator · viewer
  • From two seats — viewers are free

TEAM

Questions

Straight answers.

What is Elumre?
Elumre is estimation and proposal software for software agencies and freelance developers. Your AI coding agent writes the modules and hour ranges, Elumre prices them against your rate card, and your client accepts an interactive proposal in one click.
Which AI agents does it work with?
Any agent that speaks MCP: Claude on the web, desktop, Cowork and Claude Code, plus ChatGPT, VS Code, Cursor, Zed, Devin and the Codex CLI. Most setups take about a minute in the browser and need no terminal.
What can the agent actually do?
Twenty-six actions: create an estimate, add line items with hour ranges by role, record what depends on what, write the intro your client reads, search your saved components, insert one already priced, and mark the estimate sent.
Do my clients need an account?
No. The proposal is one link with no login. The client toggles the scope they want, the price answers live, and accepting is a single click that records their exact scope.
Can proposals carry my own branding?
Yes. Your logo and accent colour sit on every proposal, in one of two curated looks. On Solo and Team the proposal is served from your own domain with no Elumre badge — two DNS records.
How much does Elumre cost?
Free for one seat, with 5 estimates, 5 saved components and 100 agent calls a day. Solo is $15 per month for one seat, Team is $24 per seat per month from two seats up — both billed yearly, or $19 and $29 month to month. Nothing is deleted when you reach a free limit, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.

The night was long enough. Ship it at first light.
