White-label proposals

The proposal is the part of Elumre your client actually sees, so it should look like it came from you. Every plan gets your logo, your accent color and a choice of two looks. Paid plans add your own domain and remove the “Made with Elumre” line entirely.

What’s on which plan

Branding

In Settings → White-label you upload a logo, pick an accent color and choose how clients see the shared proposal: Night, the dark observatory look, or Paper, warm paper and ink. The preview next to the controls shows exactly what your client will open. PDF exports always stay light, because they get printed.

Your team address

Every team has a proposal address at yourteam.elumre.com, and share links use it automatically — no setup. The yourteam part is your team slug, which you can change in Settings → General. One warning before you do: links you have already shared from the old address stop working.

Connecting your own domain

On Solo and Team you can serve proposals from a domain you own. In Settings → White-label, enter it and press Connect. A subdomain works best:

Elumre then shows two DNS records to add at your DNS provider. For the example above they would be:

The TXT record proves you own the domain; the CNAME points it at Elumre. Names are relative — your DNS panel appends .yourstudio.com on its own. If a record ends up as …proposals.yourstudio.com.yourstudio.com, the zone got appended twice; use the short name.

Once the records are in, verification is automatic: Elumre re-checks every 30 seconds while the card is open, and again whenever you return to it. HTTPS is automatic too — a certificate is issued the first time your domain is visited, with nothing to upload or renew.

One domain per team. If you need the bare domain (yourstudio.com with no subdomain), point it at the same target with an ALIAS or ANAME record instead of a CNAME — verification accepts that as well.

What your client sees

Proposal links become https://proposals.yourstudio.com/p/…. Everything works there — toggling scope, live totals, comments, acceptance — and nothing on the page says Elumre. Your team keeps signing in at app.elumre.com; only the client-facing proposal moves to your domain.

The badge

On the Free plan, shared proposals carry a small “Made with Elumre” line in the footer, and PDF and DOCX exports carry the same note. On Solo and Team it is removed automatically — there is no switch to flip.

If verification stalls

DNS changes can take a few minutes to publish. If the card still shows pending after 20 minutes, it tells you what failed — most often a record name with the zone doubled (see above) or a value pasted with extra whitespace. Fix the record at your provider, then press Check now.
